- How do I create an account?
- Click the Login/Register link at the upper right hand of the website. Select the "Register" link from the drop-down menu and complete each field marked with a red asterisk.
- Can I checkout as a guest?
- Yes, Guest Checkout is available. However, registering for an account saves time, provides real-time order status updates and allows you to view order history.
- What if I'm looking for an item that I don't see on the Sunoco Shop?
- If there is a specific item you are looking for, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to determine what solutions are possible to meet your needs. We are always looking for ideas and new merchandise to add, so we'd love to hear your suggestions for the future as well.
- Can I upload my own artwork onto a product?
- To maintain the integrity of the Sunoco brand identity, we do not offer an option to upload your own artwork at this time.
- Can I purchase a gift card?
- Gift cards are not currently available at this time.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Visa, MasterCard and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment on the Sunoco Shop.
- What if I have a promotional code?
- Promotional Codes can be entered at checkout using the "Discount Codes" box. Simply add your code and select "Apply" and the promotional value will be added to your cart.
- Can I split up my order to ship to multiple addresses?
- For ease of shipment and order information, we do not offer split shipments at this time.
PRODUCTION + SHIPPING
- When will my order ship?
- Orders placed by 4 PM EST will ship the following business day. Please allow for transit time to your destination. All items ship FOB: GA.
- How will my order ship?
- Orders ship FedEx Ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout. Available shipping methods include: FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver (3-Day), FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
- How can I check the status of my order?
- If you are a registered customer, you can check the status of your order by selecting "My Account" at the top of the website, which will bring you to your Account Information and Order History. You may also contact customer service with any questions regarding your order M-F from 9AM to 6PM ET at (844) 491-7662.
- How can I track my order?
- Tracking will be automatically updated and emailed once your order ships.
- Can I ship internationally?
- International shipping is not currently available on the Sunoco Shop.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- What is the Sunoco Shop Return Policy?
- Merchandise ordered from existing inventory may be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Any damaged, worn or obviously used merchandise is unavailable for return, except in the case of a product that has a manufacturing defect or print error. Upon completion & acknowledgement of a factory level quality control error then defective merchandise will be replaced at suppliers expense or given a full refund of original purchase price.
- How do I update my account details?
- Registered users can login to their account and view account details in the My Dashboard section of their account profile. Here you can manage your billing/shipping addresses, change your account password, or view your order history.
